Prepared by

This checklist defines the standard Page Package (Page Pkg) used when preparing a page for publication within this system.

The Page Pkg ensures each page is published with consistent structure, SEO metadata, media assets, and governance controls already applied.

Checklist Objective

Prepare a complete, ready‑to‑publish page package that can be applied consistently across new and updated pages without rework or guesswork.

Preconditions

  • Content System & Page Model is completed and approved
  • Navigation & Landing Page Map is completed and approved

    • File type: JPG
    • Prompt language suitable for reuse
  8. Featured Image — Media Library Metadata

    • Alt text (lowercase, descriptive)
    • Image title
    • Image caption
    • Image description
  9. Page Content (HTML)
    • Full page HTML provided
    • No H1 included in the HTML
    • Follows established text structure and formatting rules

Validation Checklist

  • All required Page Pkg properties are present
  • SEO Title is ≤ 60 characters
  • Meta Description is ≤ 155 characters
  • Only one H1 exists and is not duplicated in HTML
  • Featured image metadata is complete and consistent

Governance Rules

  • Pages are published only when a complete Page Pkg exists
  • Ad‑hoc publishing without a Page Pkg is avoided
  • Changes to published pages require updating the Page Pkg

Pause & Lock

Once approved, the Page Pkg becomes the authoritative reference for the published page and is treated as a locked input for SEO, content, and operational workflows.
