The Page Pkg ensures each page is published with consistent structure, SEO metadata, media assets, and governance controls already applied.
Checklist Objective
Prepare a complete, ready‑to‑publish page package that can be applied consistently across new and updated pages without rework or guesswork.
Preconditions
- Content System & Page Model is completed and approved
- Navigation & Landing Page Map is completed and approved
- URL, Slug & Taxonomy Rules are completed and approved
- Indexing, Visibility & Crawl Control rules are defined
Page Package — Required Properties
- Page H1 (Plain Text)
- One H1 per page
- Provided as copy‑and‑paste text, not HTML
- Slug
- Lowercase
- Hyphen‑separated
- Matches documented URL rules
- Parent Page
- Specify parent page or explicitly state “none”
- Must align with navigation map
- SEO Title (Title Tag)
- Maximum length: 60 characters, including punctuation
- Must accurately reflect page purpose
- No truncation when rendered in SERPs
- Meta Description
- Maximum length: 155 characters, including punctuation
- Written as a complete, human‑readable sentence
- Describes the page outcome, not just keywords
- Excerpt
- Minimum one sentence
- May be expanded if additional context is warranted
- Used for internal previews and summaries
- Featured Image — AI Generation Prompt
- Explicitly requests photo‑realistic style
- Resolution: 1200×675
- File type: JPG
- Prompt language suitable for reuse

- Local JPG filename (lowercase, spaces allowed, no hyphens)

Validation Checklist
- All required Page Pkg properties are present
- SEO Title is ≤ 60 characters

Governance Rules
- Pages are published only when a complete Page Pkg exists
- Ad‑hoc publishing without a Page Pkg is avoided
- Changes to published pages require updating the Page Pkg
Pause & Lock
Once approved, the Page Pkg becomes the authoritative reference for the published page and is treated as a locked input for SEO, content, and operational workflows.
